The EM-Defence team has considerable experience in working with the defence and security communities. Members contribute experience and expertise from industry, government, the Armed Forces and a variety of non-defence sectors.
Strategic Consultancy and B2B Facilitation
We assist companies in examining new international markets or with a requirement to identify foreign business partners. In addition to core business with the corporate sector, EM-Defence assist trade associations in the negotiation and signing of Memorandums of Understanding. In July 2008 EM-Defence organised and witnessed the signing of a MoU between the UK Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) and the Italian Federation for Aerospace, Defence and Security (AIAD).
PR & Corporate Communications
EM-Defence provide high quality Public Relations and Corporate Communications services to clients who have no in-house PR capability, or who wish to outsource specific projects.
Seminars & Workshops
Participants in seminars and workshops organised by EM-Defence gain a leading edge in two ways:

EM-Defence believes that structured peer-to-peer interaction is a fundamental part of the success of its events and is firmly committed to encouraging P2P in its seminars and workshops.
Event Management
EM-Defence collaborates with trade associations and government agencies in the organisation of international events. A recent example is the March 2009 DMA-AIAD conference in Rome. A reception at the British Ambassador’s residence in Rome preceded the conference and a follow-up series of B2B meetings were held at the prestigious Institute of Higher Military Studies (Centro Alti Studi per la Difesa, CASD).
Site Visits
Current projects include a visit to the United Kingdom by an Italian delegation comprised of representatives from the aerospace industry.
